How will I know if you received my gift hamper order?

We will send you an order confirmation email with your order number and receipt to the email address you provided at checkout. Review this email to ensure you have provided us with the correct shipping address. Please contact us urgently if you need to make any changes to the shipping address.

 

When will my gift box order ship? 

We know you're excited to get your gift box to its recipient, so as soon as we see your gift hamper order, we get busy getting it ready. We're excited, too, so we break out into a happy dance and put that fun energy into packing your gift box. Please allow one business day for processing and fulfilment of all orders. If your order is urgent, let us know, and we'll see what we can do. If you make your order on a weekend or public holiday, it will be shipped on the next business day. How will I know if my gift box has been shipped?

We send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to the email address you provided at checkout. 

 

Can my gift hamper order be express posted?

You can choose to have your gift hamper make its way to your recipient via express post by selecting the express post shipping option at checkout. We recommend that all gift boxes sent to Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania are generally shipped via express post to reduce transit time. 

 

Can you arrange same day deliveries? 

We are based in Melbourne and can only arrange same-day orders within metro Melbourne. Same-day orders generally need to be placed before 11am on the day or in advance. It's best to get in touch with us to see how and if we can help.

 

Can I choose what goes in the gift hamper?

Yes! You absolutely can! Visit our Build a Hamper page and select from our complete range of earth-friendly products. All the products are eco-friendly, made sustainably, plastic-free, toxin-free, and from Australian businesses that care about our planet like you. Remember to leave your personal gift message in the checkout notes, finalise your purchase, and we'll take care of the rest.

 

Can I swap a product in one of the curated gift hampers?

Yes, you can! Just send us a quick message through chat or email us at info@everybodyloveshampers.com.au.

 

Can I add a gift message to the gift box? 

Yes! Every gift needs a message! Select a greeting card from our shop and let us know what your gift message is at checkout. We can also write your message on our branded postcards if you prefer not to purchase a greeting card.

 

What if I forgot to add a gift message?

No drama! We will email you to get your gift message. Or just send us an email or contact us through online chat. But please note, if we don't hear from you within a day, we will ship your order without a message or a basic message saying "Chosen for you by "customer name".

 

Are invoices sent with the gift hamper, or is the price displayed on the gift box?

No way! We only send your order confirmation to the email address you provide at checkout.

 

Can I make an order for corporate gift boxes, bulk orders or custom gift boxes?
