In the unlikely event that any products arrive damaged, these are refundable or replaceable upon return of the unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of your purchase. We check all products before dispatch and endeavour to ensure the recipient receives all goods in excellent condition. However, we have no control over the delivery process during which damage may occur. If damage occurs, we will replace the damaged items and cover return postage of the damaged item and its replacement. Should the item be out of stock, it will be refunded, or a product of similar value may be requested instead.
To request a return, refund, replacement or exchange, please email us at email@example.com to obtain approval before returning the product. Please include the order number, reason for the return and a photo of the item in your email.
