Gift Hampers Australia 

We use Australia Post and Sendle to ship all gift hampers. They are a carbon neutral shipping service and they get our gift hampers where they are going while taking care of the planet. Sendle is also a certified B Corporation.

• $12.95 shipping fee on build your own gift hampers valued under $70.
• Free shipping on build your own gift hampers valued at $70 or more.

Estimated Shipping Time

Delivery is normally within 2-3 business days. However, please note that due to COVID restrictions delivery is taking up to 5 days in some areas.

Orders made by 1pm AEST will be dispatched the same business day.

Express Post

All express post orders are shipped via Australia Post for a flat rate of $13.95.

Urgent Gift Hamper Orders

If your shipping address is around inner Melbourne and urgent, please contact us to see if we can help. We may be able to help with a same day or specific day delivery.

Same Day Deliveries 

We are based in Melbourne and can only arrange same-day orders within metro Melbourne. Same-day orders generally need to be placed before 11am on the day or in advance. It's best to get in touch with us to see how and if we can help.

Important Notes

Friday Orders

We will ship all orders confirmed after 1 pm on Fridays on Monday.

Specific Delivery Dates

We will always do what we can to fulfil any requested specific delivery dates; however, we can not guarantee the exact delivery date.

Return to Sender

Orders returned to Everybody Loves Hampers due to incorrect address or if a hospital patient has been discharged and no longer at the hospital or failure to contact the courier or Australia Post after an attempted delivery will incur a re-shipping and re-delivery fee.

Late Delivery

Refunds will not be given for late delivery. Everybody Loves Hampers will not be held liable for late delivery outside of Sendle’s or Australia Post's estimated delivery times.
